1. Technical Support Engineer Junior Level Job Duties:
    • Provides technical support to users by researching
    • Answering questions by Q/A
    • Research and testing for service needs
    • Recording and keep service record troubleshooting POS system problems by remote or site support.
    • Problem Solving, PC/LAN Knowledge, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Operating Systems, Customer Service, MIS/POS Support
  2. Sales Executive:
    • Organising sales visits
    • Demonstrating and presenting products
    • Establishing new business
    • Maintaining accurate records
    • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
    • Reviewing sales performance
    • Negotiating contracts and packages
    • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
    • Promotional prospects are excellent – progression can be into senior sales roles or into related employment areas such as marketing or management.
  3. OP Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
    • Fully in charge of Operation and services. Be available during the normal operational hours of the office and have designated backup support for operation.
    • Supervise admission’s staff and C.S. agents to ensure that they are adhering to operation Policy & quality.
    • Evaluate the day to day operation & delivery of the production & customer services.
    • Manage and coordinate jobs & evaluate the performance of Op staffs.
    • Ensure that operation are maintaining appropriate customer sales & design database records
    • OP & C.S. report at daily,& record keeping.
    • Operate and process the daily business and Orders

Will be trained in for 2 weeks and continuous on job training.
